it depends ...I've seen providers on looks..and disappointed by their skills.
but then I've read some reviews and they were highly exaggerated.
I've seen porn stars and was disappointed by their skills.

Here are the factors I use when choosing a provider:

1) Looks/Build -- she has to grab my attention visually before I go any further
2) Menu activities -- MSOG is an absolute must with BBBJ being highly desired (but not a deal breaker)
3) Reviews-- While I do look at reviews to see services offered, I use reviews more to see if the girl is mechanical or really gets into it. Reviews are more for atmosphere and the overall experience.
4) Value-- very subjective on my part but basically boils down to if I think I will get my money's worth. That's not to say I'm looking for something on the cheap. I factor quality in as well. There are many times when a $500 provider is of much greater value than a $200 provider.

I use a complex algorithm to come up with what I call "The Fuckability Index" I can't divulge the entire formula but I can say that it uses a hotness scale along with reviews, price, availability times, screening requirements then either adds or subtracts points based on eccie drama started and attitude.

( Hotness * .5) + ( Reviews * .3) + (Price * .2) / 3 - (drama index) + (attitude)

looks...however it can vary from provider to provider for me...one time it could be a spinner...another time if could be a curvy amazon...al long as I get a big old italian salami with her....it does not matter...every provider is sexy in her own way

Cpalmson, as always, puts out great information. Looks/build - we all have our favorite type/looks; followed by menu, some are more important than others. I put a value on reviews and make my decision whether or not to meet a lady based on reviews. Depending upon who writes the reviews, it can be a wealth of information, thus very useful, or not so useful. When some hobbyists provide inputs/reviews/recommendations, I follow it because of their past reviews (and inputs/comments). Reading the reviews, I get a better idea of what to expect and some of the lady's likes/dislikes not in their profiles. It makes for a good session/experience.
