Hong Kong is operating as a "speakeasy" inside the Hotel Cascadas. They have former hotel rooms redesigned as lounge rooms where you can interact with the ladies. The quarters are kind of cramped and no one wears masks except the waiters, so keep that in mind. Ladies will stand in the halls, or will come into the rooms and party with you like in the bar. They are of course all available to go to your room if you are staying in Cascadas, or you can get a short time room.

There are fewer ladies than there were in Hong Kong bar, but also fewer customers so it works out to about the same ratio.

Other hotels in the zona have a similar setup.
