Taipei Taoyuan layover

I have a 7 hour layover in Taipei. Is it possible to get a room at a nearby hotel for an escort meet up? If so, please provide details, etc. on how to do so. Any input on this is appreciated.

Taipei Main Station is about 45min by train from the airport, Caesarsworld Sauna is nearby as is Project X. Seven hours likely is not enough time for Taipei.
