I read the story you referenced as well as read some other sources.
Seems the youngster was hanging outside a club on New Years eve and hooked up 3 men who promised they could "get her into the club" if she hung with them. They later drove her home drunk and all had sex with her and passed her off the "madam" when they were done. The 'madam' and two other gents were then pimping her out.
The timeframe for this assault was 31 Dec through 18 February 2015.
Just plain sickening.
