Shinseki is the dumb fuck that unnecessarily spent a fucking fortune on Chinese made berets. That man's ability to establish priorities is obviously fucked up, so Odumbo should have elected to charge him for "waste, fraud and abuse" rather than appointing that asshole to be director of the VA.
