The BBW Debate

Weight and body type are so often discussed, especially BBW, and most folks around here try to put a label on different sized ladies. (Spinner, Thick, TOAS, BBW, Curvy, Fit, Hardbody, Average etc...) But the reality is, a body type classification is very subjective based on individual preferences. (For me, I have one preference only...FEMALE!)

This clip, labeled as a "BBW London Andrews" I see a thick, sexy as hell woman. No where near BBW. (I only wish she lived next door!)

I see a thick sexy as hell lady in that clip. THICK...yes, BBW...maybe if she gained like 20 more lbs she could be. I wonder if she decided she was a BBW, or if her production company decided that since she wasn't a spinner or TOAS that she had to be categorized as such.

Lol we need more categories! Like..."BBW Minus Twenty," or, "Thick Plus Ten." I would put her as, "Thick Meets Curvy."

I think it is just as hard for us to categorize our body type/weight as it is for the guys. Beauty really IS in the eye of the beholder and there are JUST TOO MANY FACTORS. Thank goodness whe can post pics so you aren't completely surprised when you come through the door!

I think the lady in the video is sexy and just healthy. What one would call BBW another might call healthy.I am just glad I have a wide variety as far as taste goes.I like all women. Just like I like all breast.

You know us girls..we have a few curves and a big round bootay and we think we are FAT!!!

I have met some of the ladies that from reviews, pics or how they described themselves I thought were going to be heavier than they were...and DAMN they were SEXY in person and not at all what I had imagined!!! So I know for you guys it must be difficult to discern when browsing the available ladies.

Reminds me a little of Chloe Lane, definately NOT a BBW but a curvy, voluptous lady very in touch with her sexuality. I like a variety of body types from skinny lil things to rubenesque ladies, they all have something to offer. If you limit yourself to one particular type of woman...then you limit yourself. An open mind is a healthy mind.

There are countless adjectives used to denote ladies who have higher than recommended BMI's, these are subjective and used often as a more polite way to say "over weight". I'm all for being polite, so, in my opinion accurate and recent photos are the way to go rather than adjectives.

What floors me is how many rude remarks I've seen regarding photos I've taken and posted of Lindsey Lacey because her BMI is lower than recommended (most of the rude remarks were made by other ladies interestingly enough).

WALDT, post good photos and let the client make the decision and all concerned should try to remain civil about it.

Just my opinion of course. (Didn't watch the vid for privacy reasons, SO in other room).

Some one said I was on the verge of BBW ... I was hurt. I have a large bone frame. Football player shoulders really. I have my love handles and I hate them really.

Their jaws drop when I tell them I wear a size 4 .... YES a size 4 even at 155 lbs. Muscle weighs a lot more than fat. I simply do not match even what the tape measure says. I guess the best way to discribe me is Athletic and NOT hard bodied. I say soft and fluffy .. If I got down to 130 I'd look way to boney.

I wouldn't want to calculate mine! I just couldn't come up with a better way to describe my point. Personally, I think BMI is a terrible measure. Back when my son was working out non-stop and putting on muscle every week he got in trouble with the military for having too high a BMI!
