Default Provider Busts

I am curious as to why I notice alerts posted in some states about providers on ECCIE being busted by LE... but its not allowed to be posted in other states.

An ALERT is suppose to be on anything that can pose risk to us right? Both providers and hobbyist. When a lady or even a gentleman gets busted.. its our right to know so that we can protect ourselves, right? Granted I understand no real life personal info.. but why is it in some states on here we can post alerts...

But in other states... its forbidden and points threatened.

So what is the rule?

I don't think there are any rules in regard to posting alerts as long as real life info. is not posted. Which forum is giving you a hassle or you've noticed gives others..hassles in regard to posting alerts?

Well i noticed in dallas there was an alert and it was mentioned that it was a provider. But when someone in another state was busted months ago and then again recently... the alert was removed and it was mentioned that it couldnt be mentioned in public or in private.
I know about the real life info and i totally respect and understand that.
