My lawyer has a couple of really funny (to us) stories about that. After graduating girls apply for a job. Their potential employer does a simple internet search of their name, which is sometimes linked to their show name, which is linked to their porn clips. It could cost you the job or get you the job. In one case where it got the girl the job, she was then sexually harassed by her boss and sued him.
