If it wasn't for that asshole I would have gotten it way cheaper.. There were houses there going for like 4 and 500 bucks.. That's def a great business to get into if your handy and can fix them up for cheap and resell or rent them.

they can set up class rooms one month prior to every auction

where the complete emotional history backround

on EVERY auctioned item is taken into consideration

before a jimmie can qualify as a bidder.....
