Sean rider has his own agenda and not speaking based on factual knowledge. While I haven't been really following this shit show, I will read the related threads occasionally since they are sometimes entertaining. If only half of the allegations made about this guy by Sean rider are true, there is no way he could have received an offer to plea to these reduced charges( unless of course he had a highly skilled attorney which Sean rider said he didn't, or has info of value to the authorities that he is willing to share which he may). Another possibility to consider is how culpable and implicit was VI and in all of this, evidently the evidence or witness(or both) wasn't that strong or believable. Think about it, technology makes easy to prove you was or wasn't posting for VI, a federal firearm violation by a convicted felon can carry a punishment 10+ years by itself, the interstate racketeering charge is more likely related to his involvement with VI in her activities, if it was a case of his forcing her into prostitution, believe me the the punishment would have much more severe. While I don't think this guy is a saint, the outcome just doesn't match the allegations.

Read what I've posted in the last couple days more carefully. The block of text under "STIPULATED FACTS" I posted is the literal quoted text from the actual court document. These are public documents anyone can pull up from the Fed Court online records system if they choose to.
This is the very definition of posting facts. You can speculate as to why the government and The Pimp came to this agreement, but what they agreed to is beyond debate.

Golden Man, I think we have to admit that Ninja Turtle was posting as Vi when she was outted...at least on Backpage. That's what he admitted to, so Sean has facts to back that up.
That doesn't mean she wasn't the one posting on Eccie prior to the breakup. If she was, that would be one reason they didn't proceed with some of the other serious charges they could have pursued.

From Federal documents we now know that not only did The Pimp post as !VI! on ECCIE after the break up, he managed her cell phone contacts and Backpage posts *from the very start.*
In addition the strong inference can be made from ECCIE posts that The Pimp both managed Eevee's online presence and cell phone contacts before she left him, and ran an outing campaign when she left him too.
I think at this point the burden of proof would fall on those asserting this or that ECCIE post was made by !VI! herself. I'd be interested in seeing what specific post is thought to be her rather than The Pimp.

Ah, Sean...are you going to miss us when you're gone? There isn't any more to the story. It's over. Finished. We aren't going to have any more come out of this, unless Vi herself comes back to the hobby. So you and I can speculate till the cows come home, but there won't be anything new for you to continue your obsession.
Most of us still believe the two were partners throughout her career here. There is legal evidence of that partnership in their ninja games, and every reason to believe she was as active as him in promoting her whoring business up until the two started sleeping with friends and the partnership ended in the nastiest of ways.
So take your small victory (he did post those backpage ads sending poor saps to her parents' house) and find something new to fascinate yourself. Maybe you could actually review some hookers to dispel the notion that you're not some jaded hooker yourself that's decided to unravel all the pimp/whore mysteries of the hobby universe.
It's been fun, though. I don't know when we're going to see another soap opera quite like this one.
Oh, and say hi to !Steve!, too, since he has no more reason to exist as an Eccie handle...assuming he's not the guy headed to the federal pen.

Given what we now know I would think some folks here would be a bit more circumspect in their comments.
From the stipulated (admitted) facts:
"On or about November of 2013, the exact date being unknown, The Pimp began engaging in the unlawful activity of promoting !VI!'s prostitution. The Pimp would post commercial sex advertisements for !VI! on sex-based websites such as Backpage.com, and The Pimp would communicate with commercial sex customers using cellular phones. The Pimp benefitted financially from !VI!'s commercial sex activities."
This text notes The Pimp promoted !VI! on more than one website, Backpage being just one of them, beginning in Nov. of 2013.
This isn't something that started when they broke up or was limited to Backpage. And The Pimp was active in doing the same thing with Eevee *before* !VI! came on the scene.
There is no real evidence, zero, that the posts that appear to be !VI! on ECCIE were *ever* her. This has all been overly confident bluster (and insults, and projections of men's hostility towards providers, and projections of provider's personal insecurities) of various ECCIE posters. But speculation repeated over and over again without evidence never rises above being just speculation.
And at this point asserting that !VI! made even a single post on ECCIE is purely speculative, and somewhat at odds with what is known.
I'm not saying she never posted here. I'm just saying we know that many posts that appeared to be her *from the very start* were from The Pimp. When it comes to blaming !VI! for posts under her name the burden of proof has now turned.

Methinks you don't follow the actions of the Dallas USAO very often. They like making deals even more than the providers in the ISO forum.

There is no "burden of proof" here on Eccie. It ain't a court of law. Most of us that have survived in this little world for awhile learn to trust our gut, since "beyond a reasonable doubt" can rarely be achieved.
Why do you even care to still argue the point? Are you hoping for concessions from the masses? Would it be redemption for you, something to make you feel better about the hours you've spent following this case...more time than anyone else on the board?

You are certainly correct about one thing. This case seems to be near closing. The last post I may make on this will be an announcement of sentencing. I say "may" because The Pimp may try some new ridiculous antics to waste your tax dollars.

As posted earlier, pimping is illegal regardless.
However, the reason is that these are Federal charges and those would be State charges.

Hope you get what you're looking for out of this, op. Making yourself look worse every time you update. Don't think playing the long game here is going turn out like you think, though.
