The reason there are only 3 in network doctors is because Obamacare allows even less payment for services than Medicaid or medicare. I just got my bill for the recent surgery I had on my knee. The ortho surgeon and the hospital charged a combined $7000.00 for the surgery. The insurance only allowed and paid 1200.00 dollars. There are no doctors signed up because non of the doctors are willing to work for peanuts.

Your are pretty ignorant on this subject, DD
1). There are more than 3 "diabetes doctors" signed up for the network in Kansas City. Simple google search reveals that. Of course, you can also find a shitload of network providers in a simple network search. You expect people to believe that BULLSHIT?
2). Medicare and Medicaid BOTH pay doctors more than Humana's PPO? UTTER HORSESHIT. Obviously you don't understand how this game is played.

1. In order to insure the uninsured, we first have to uninsure the insured.
2. Next, we require the newly uninsured to be re-insured.
3. To re-insure the newly uninsured, they are required to pay extra charges to be re-insured.
4. The extra charges are required so that the original insured, who became uninsured, and then became re-insured,can pay enough extra so that the original uninsured can be insured,so it will be ‘free-of-charge’ to them.
This is called "redistribution of wealth or, by its more common name, SOCIALISM - the politically correct name for COMMUNISM.

Well I can only go by what my former doctors whom I can no longer see told me, if their lying I cant control them. But both told me that while they accept Humana, they do not accept Humana Exchange. See I found out real quick that there is a difference after seeing several doctors whom said they take Humana, only to be told that they do not take the exchange coverage or it is considered out of network. Which of course nothing was covered so I had to pay for those visits out of pocket. Not every doctor that take Humana take Humana Exchange, there is a difference.
Okay I don't know that Humana has more than 3 signed up in Kansas City, I guess I don't know because that's all Humana had to give me. I am ignorant yet I am the one using the program and your the asshole talking about something you don't even use. A simple google search shows more than 3 for Humana that accept the exchange version from Humana, well sport screen shot it so we can all see it. See I don't use google I use the list of doctors provided by Humana exchange which incase you aren't aware is different than Humana coverage provided through personal purchase or through and employer. Oh and here is another beautiful feature about the insurance, the prescription coverage..... I can only purchase my medication from Walmart, CVS or mail order Humana.
Sorry to burst your bubble sport but you might think you know, but the application of this program is very lacking, now to be honest I have been told that I chose poorly when I chose Humana as it is the worst of the programs, I have been told Blue Cross and Coverentry are much better than Humana. I am not trying to be politically partisan here or "anti Obama", rather I am just telling your how the program has been for me, if you believe it believe it, if not don't give a shit.

And all the while we need to lie about what we are doing.....tell the insured, what they will be getting will be even better than what they had!
When in reality, they won't be able to keep their plans, their doctors, their deductibles, their co-pays. And they won't get the promised $2,500 per family savings !
What they will get will be higher premiums, higher deductibles, higher co-pays.

More air popped bullshit.
Tell me, DDGenius... If you are a diabetic and require the care of an endocrinologist, why the fuck did you choose a plan that doesn't meet your needs? Even Medicaid plans offer choices of carriers.
Does Humana cover mental health care?
Oh yeah, you can't treat stupid.

Utter bullshit, Whir-LIE-turd. In my experience it has been everything you say it wouldn't be and nothing you shriek it won't.
Plus, it is now the American health insurance system.
I agree it should be changed. To an across the board single payor system. Period.

Assurant is based in Wisconsin, but insurers all across the country are attempting to survive the same perverse incentives that finally undid that venerable company. The Journal lists proposed increases by companies offering plans through exchanges in Connecticut, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, New Mexico, Oregon, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington state. And many of these companies are already losing huge amounts of money: “BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee… lost $141 million from exchange-sold plans, stemming largely from a small number of sick enrollees.” It is asking for a 36.3 percent rate increase.

You are the epitome of those Grubered over Obamacare. No one can educate you because all you do is repeat the lies that Gruber told all the politicians to tell the stupid Americans.
And Assurant? Seriously? Their main business isn't, and has never been health insurance. But the fact is most health insurance companies are making people wealthy every day. UHC is the biggest, and the most embedded with the Obama admin, so it is the obvious choice to do extremely well. But Aetna and many others have five fold + increases. Just do some research, find out who is meeting at the whitehouse and the administration, it is not hard. You can either invest and double your money every year or so, or not. I personally don't care.
Ohh, and...
"This is good bill for the middle class and poor people, all the billions of dollars being made by the insurance companies and their investors come from the blood, sweat and tears of the 1%'ers."

Because I was dumb enough to follow the advise of the Affordable care act representatives when I signed up. Please tell me genius with all your experience using this program where it tells you how many doctors are signed up for the program prior to your selecting it. I explained my medication needs and the type of specialist doctors I needed to visit and was told that the plan I chose would meet those needs, stupid me, how dumb was I to follow the advise of the representatives that are suppose to be trained to sell this insurance. So go fuck yourself, who is the stupid person the one using the program and trying to explain its shortcomings or the person who can only respond by calling people names.

Based on that response, I've got to hand it to you. You really don't have a clue.
But at least you found a way to blame someone else for your gross ignorance.
You've had two chances to get it right. So quite your whining.

He doesn't have the market cornered on insults, you cockeyed bastard. If you need a fucking endocrinologist to deal with your diabeetus, you've got bigger problems than your fucking insurance. A family care physician or internist should be able to handle any diabeetus problems the normal person would have.
Slide that dildo out of his ass and right into your mouth.

Slide that dildo out of his ass and right into your mouth Sorry I don't follow faggot rituals, how often do you engage in this activity. Was this common practice back in beanerville? Do you prefer it to be dirty or clean? What does poop taste like? Have you ever tried this with your father? Come on man share what you know about this practice, do you have providers that will do this with you using a stap on. Have you ever been surprised by a ghost pepper remnant.
|
Are you really serious, a family practice doctor will tell you to seek a diabetes specialist or endocrinologist, its not about the severity of the illness but rather what the illness does to your body, jesus your statement completely illuminates that you have no fucking clue what your talking about. You faggots want to get into this because I simply stated some issues with the program, seriously, hell I didn't even say it was a bad idea or that it had to go. You are some seriously worked up faggots. So bring it on, cause I can argue and insult with the best of them.
