Typical of his National Socialist Democrat Party, Groupen Furhrer Brown has clearly decided that party political position is more important than the US Constitution.

California plans to confiscate guns from 20,000 people who bought them legally but have since been disqualified because of criminal or psychiatric problems, boosting the state’s relatively tough approach to gun control.
Governor Jerry Brown signed legislation on Wednesday allocating $24m – generated by fees taken from gun buyers at the time of purchase – to the crackdown, the first in a series of gun control bills following the Sandy Hook massacre.
“This bipartisan bill makes our communities safer by giving law enforcement the resources they need to get guns out of the hands of potentially dangerous individuals,” said Evan Westrup, a spokesman for the governor.
California’s Bureau of Firearms has identified about 20,000 people who illegally possess about 40,000 handguns and assault weapons, a list which grows by 15 to 20 daily.
The criminal cabal pretending to be elected officials in Sacramento have a long and disgusting rap sheet when it comes to ignoring or outright violating the United States Constitution. In their utterly insane quest to transform the once shining beacon on a hill State of California into the model of a Marxist National Socialist Utopia it would seem that their is no Constitutionally Protected Right that they are not willing to gleefully trample and violate.
California’s 2nd Amendment violation record is the single most abusive in the entire United States. A vile and despicable record that Groupen Furhrer Brown obviously intends to do everything in his power to enlarge.
Watch Kalifornia very carefully people, this is the model, the example written large in mile high neon letters across the sky showing exactly how your 2nd Amendment rights will be stripped from you without you making any attempt to resist. Little by little more groups will be added to the list of those restricted from legally owning a firearm.
Neither the United States Constitution, nor the Founding Fathers ever allowed for or intended for any law to allow any free United States Citizen to every be denied the right to own a firearm. The 2nd Amendment to the United States Constitution could not possibly be more clear.
