I swam with some black people and by the end of the day I came out of the water much darker than when I went in . There was something going on.

I think Rambro Creed & Sweet Heather are related. They are always contradicting their own words. They probably just enjoy the 'spotlight'. TFF!
I'm with Kerwil on this issue....I could care less about nba policies. Because providers aren't here to fall in love, if she isn't smart enough to do the math, that's her problem.
Not to hijack this thread, but I think this community needs more thick, freaky, classy black women.....

Hold on bruh, u can't alienate the slimmies and spinners. Cuz I know I luvs me some Kara Lynn Kelley!
The whole NBA thing used to really get under my skin but I try not to let it bother me anymore. However, it's still disheartening when I'm looking on BP and see that some chicks are bold enough to put it in their ad title. Instead of putting in a location it'll say "NO BLACK MEN". It's tough because their no ther race that's ever mentioned like that. Why is it the black man that's always considered to be the generator of evil? Anyway, I digress....there's plenty of women who would love to see an intelligent black man like myself and so many others. I just recently had the chance to meet a damn good group of black men who are nowhere near what we are stereotyped to be. Shout out to Darth Maul, SoulmanIke, Gman, Dick'emDown and tbonetas.

But the real question of this thread is this:
Why do the blackest of folk, choose the blondest of hair color?
|
For answers to questions on race in America... I always defer to Spike Lee movies...
Q: Rambro ... why won't some providers see you?
A: She Hate Me
Q: Rambro... why do you insist on seeing women who do not want to see you?
A: She's Gotta Have It
Q: What would convince a provider to see an AA male?
A: He Got Game
Q: How should we deal with race issues?
A: Do The Right Thing and Get on the Bus
Full Disclosure: I have seen AA providers and have had lap dances from like a gazillion AA dancers.

I don't care what anyone says.............That's a damn good shout out right there!.................lol
Thanks
I don't pay any attention to the NBA policies. People can see who they want and not see who they want. My money spends just like the next person and if someone doesn't want to see me because of a preference.............then they may never know what they are missing..................and you can believe that..............

.......and there you have it, IceMan. You can't let it steal your buzz. You just have to move on.........sadly, there are non-black guys who will see them BECAUSE of that policy.........some won't see them because of it.

mietk, see what you started...
Mr. Creed, NBA policies may be dishearting sometimes (let's keep it real, only when the provider is HOT), but just...
LET IT GO BROTHER...please!!!
I'll tell you one thing, many NBA providers WILL see you, trust me, but you're going about it the WRONG way my brother, the WRONG way...

WOW mietk look what you have started LMAO. I never post on these threads but here goes. After reading all these post over the last several months I am reminded of a lesson I wanted to teach my daughter. We went to a nice restaurant to celebrate one of her victories in sports. The waiter seated us in the back, gave us a glass of water and then proceeded to take the orders of several white customers that had arrived after us. This is a tough pill to swallow when your kids are around and they are subjected this ugliness. I had two choices, one ask to see the manager make a big scene then get service or two gather up my things and leave. As my daughter and I left the restaurant I told her to hold her head up high. If I can teach her on thing from this experience it would be that she will never beg someone to take her HARD EARNED MONEY to wait on her. The next restaurant we visited was more than happy to wait on us. Yes it sucks, but at the end of the day do you want to eat at a restaurant where you have to beg them for service when there's one just up the road that will welcome your patronage.

If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.

I little histrionic there. Can an oppressor be an oppressor if they (providers with nba policy) are oppressing you from committing a crime (technically partaking in the hobby is not legal)?
As an interesting question of legal applicability and because the civil rights act was in the news relatively recently. If, theoretically, hobbying was legal, could a black client use the portion of the civil rights act in a claim against a nba provider?
The civil rights act terminology for title 2 is "Outlawed discrimination in hotels, motels, restaurants, theaters, and all other public accommodations engaged in interstate commerce; exempted private clubs without defining the term "private."" There is interstate commerce in the hobby. I'd assume it would fall under the private club (but is it really a club?), even without a formal definition. Would it be different if the encounter took place at a providers personal residence or a hotel?
We know where Rand Paul stands, but it might be a esoteric legal question. I can't imagine it would apply, but it would be an absolutely interesting trial to watch. Have there been any issues with discrimination and providing in Nevada or Rhode Island (pre 11/3/09)?

Ya know, RC, I feel your pain and some of your points have some validity, but....
I take offense to your stereotyping THE WHITE MAN in one of your earlier posts. That's about as racist a comment as I've seen on this board. Think about it.
Either way....
...my father taught me a lot of things growing up, but one of the best was knowing when to keep my mouth shut.
...IMHO, you're writing your own self alert, man...
...and KLK, you are one incredible woman! Thanks for gracing us with your presence here!
