You apparently are not old enough or had enough awareness.
Your ignorance is emphasized by your conclusion that "checks" are "money"!
I'm not going to waste any further time on your "education," but it should be enough to point out the distinction (in Texas) between a "check" and "money" was made when the Democrats were controlling the Texas House and Senate and the "Tea Party" (as identifying any political group) was not even a figment in anyone's imagination.
But you carry on post after post spewing your dumb-ass remarks. You even got YouRong chiming in on the same stupidity.
But as a "hand-to-mouth" and "borrow-from-Peter-to-Pay-Paul" residential construction contractor, who relies on illegal labor to make a profit, you SHOULD KNOW that a "check" is not "money," because 99% of the folks who get "checks" from you, run to the bank drive through on which your "CHECKS" are written to convert them to "money" so when the deposit the "money" in their bank accounts they will know the "money" won't bounce!
Then your next "theme" (after the "checks are money" bullshit didn't hold water) is to start this irrelevant crap about "well we all know he did it" and so it was a political hack job just to get off a fellow Republican.
Perhaps those self-proclaimed brilliant, intellectual liberals in Travis County should elect a DA who is smart enough to either offer admissible evidence to prove the crimes she charges or smart enough not to file charges she can't prove with admissible evidence. (Note: Your opinion is not admissible evidence of a crime .. in fact your opinion is probably not relevant and probative of any "fact" sought to be proven.)
Back to your "new" dumb question: What "difference" does it make?
