The list of 31,000 "Scientists" is a misleading and farcical list.
Only a few hundred out of that 31,000 could even be considered to have credentials in climate science.
A political hack and his son who were funded by oil companies, the Kochs, the Heritage Foundation and the Heartland Foundation rounded up signatures from such PhD's and self-proclaimed climate gurus as pharmacists, lawyers, medical doctors (two of whom were heart Drs. Michael Debakey and Denton Cooley).
You should also look into who PAID for mailing out the petitions to sign. Even with an impossible 100% response percentage, the weight of the petition and the enclosed envelope and instructions would have cost more than $25,000.00 to mail ALONE not counting printing and publicizing the effort! LMAO!
Yeppers! Real climatologists! LMFAO!
Only 10 MILLION "Scientists" with experience in the alleged fields have graduated in the United States since 1970. 31,000 on a petition including medical doctors and pharmacists is WAY short of impressive or even short of noteworthy.
WOW!!!! I.B. Dumb should change his name to I.B. Dumb AND Dumber!

This is called an ad hominem attack and indicates that you have no response so you call names.

You don't realize how close you are to the truth in your post. Most of the UN/global warming libtards are also Zero Population Growthers. The EU wanted to open up a carbon exchange and give tens of billions of free credits to oil companies to entice them to participate...guess who wasn't going to get a dollar in free credits.

The only thing factual about man made climate change is the raw data. Analysis of that data (assuming no bias by the data collectors) by so called climate scientists, forms the basis for what that data means, i.e. a hypothesis. Opinion, even expert opinion with 100% consensus, is still just conjecture, not fact. CO2 emmissions by third world citizens using wood and dung for cooking and heating also contribute significantly to total co2 in the atmosphere. Just food for thought.

It's probably fucking Siberia, which is a whole other topic. We've been drilling for oil in Texas for over a century. Show me one place here, or anywhere in the U.S., that looks like that...you can't, because the industry has gotten progressively more responsible through the years.

Maybe it is a matter of a common language separated by an ocean, but the words which I found very offensive were 'limey' and 'boy'. Particularly 'boy'. You will be aware of other groups who would find that even more offensive.
On the other hand you can call me a fucking bastard cunt wanker anytime, that is regarded as an expression of manly affection over here.

Little Stevie is as WAY short of impressive as he is WAY short of average intelligence; hence, he is a Dimwit lemming too dumb not to follow Gore-y charlatans selling snake oil.
For the past four years, Freeman Dyson has also challenged prevailing ideas about climate change. In a nutshell, he thinks the computer-generated models being used to predict long-term climate consequences are flawed because scientists have too little information about many of the variables that must be taken into account.
In 2007, Dyson reminded a Salon writer: "I was in the business of studying climate change at least 30 years ago before it became fashionable." Having seen many faddish notions come and go, Dyson is distressed that many environmentalists now believe "global warming is the greatest threat to the ecology of our planet."
“The idea that global warming is the most important problem facing the world is total nonsense and is doing a lot of harm."
Freeman Dyson, American physicist”
http://noconsensus.org/scientists/freeman_dyson.php
On March 3, The New York Times Magazine created a major flap in the climate-change community by running a cover story on the theoretical physicist Freeman Dyson that focused largely on his views of human-induced global warming.
Basically, he doesn’t buy it. The climate models used to forecast what will happen as we continue to pump CO2 into the atmosphere are unreliable, Dyson claims, and so, therefore, are the projections.
