let me make a point...
there is a BIG difference between a post count & post content................So what if a person has a large post count,what should matter is her post content.....out of ALL my posts,how many are "drama/shit starters or derogatory to another person"??? I travel fulltime,so i post in many different others to "keep up with whats going on in the areas I visit",and also I usually post an ad in 5 cities each week...............AND my last point is:I have a successful personal & hobby life but feel that this board is all about fun and helping each other..............SO I guess that makes me a loser???? lol

Absolutely not. The only people who inherently complain about people contributing TOO MUCH to the board are folks who are jealous. They look at posters like you and realize they would be hard pressed to post as many useful posts in a year as you do in most weeks. Ignore them young lady. Of laugh at them. Whichever fits your mood of the moment.

She is alive and doing well last I checked. To be honest, I found her posts some of the most entertaining and worth-reading on here. She was one of the few I would actually log on to look for her posts. They might make me laugh, or make me ponder, or cause me to rethink something I had posted--but I rarely discarded them into the "useless drivel" file; unlike so many posters here she didn't just regurgitate what had been posted over and over. Sometimes I agreed with her, often I didn't, but she did make one think more often than not--and thinking really is a good activity.

But I can understand why a lot of the macho types felt intimidated by a lady who felt no need to apologize for having her own opinions--right or wrong.

I believe that London Pain has retired from the hobby and moved on to another part of the country. She too had some issues with another lady and decided to retire - she was one to have saved and planned for her retirement. As Old-T stated, her comments and inputs often cut to the bone - you knew where she stood and she did not care.
Wish her the best...another great lady no longer in the hobby...
