It should not take hundreds and hundreds.... literally thousands of pages to draft some of the latest laws of the past 20 years!! That is pure bullshit, plain and simple!! The only reason, is to hide all the thousands of earmarks and hidden agendas of those out to enrich themselves further, thru the ignorance of the general public!!
How else can you honestly explain the latest exposed 3.8% Medicare Tax on unearned income thru investment, such as simply selling a home... purposely hidden from the general public view, within the "Afforable Healthcare Act"? *Why did that proposed tax have to be included as part of a Health Care Bill?* Why didn't they have the balls to be "transparent" about wanting to fleece more money from the public's pockets? * WHY?
Like my cousin, Forrest Gump. . . I may not be able (or have enough patience) to read legaleze... but I know the smell of bullshit!!
Smoke & Mirrors. . . Plain & Simple!!

If I remember correctly aren't they supposed to appoint a HEALTH CARE CZAR specifically to interpret and administer Obamacare?

Old men like you should not rely on your memory
If your memory was worth a shit , you'd remember that Reagan lowered taxes with one hand and then raised them on the other , took the huge surplus that SS generated and spent it on Military build up. He took and spent your medical retirement supplement!

What would you expect from the Father and Founder of California Progressive Politics?

No, some of us love him because he was responsible for the end of the Berlin Wall and the demise of the Soviet Union.
A few years before the Wall came down, Reagan and Gorbachev met. Gorbachev was looking for a concession. He was willing to promise Reagan ANYTHING AT ALL if Reagan would agree not to pursue the Strategic Defense Initiative. Reagan refused. He told Gorbachev that we were going ahead, that we were going to make their current missiles obsolete, and force them to spend huge amounts of money that they didn't have to design and build new ones, and we would keep doing that until the Soviet Union collapsed. And he added "When you want to quit the game, you can let us know by tearing down the Berlin Wall."
It has now been some 22 years since the Wall came down. Children today probably have no idea what it was, or what it meant. For that matter, I didn't really understand the Cuban Missile Crisis at the time. I didn't understand that World War II had only been over for 17 years, and, being about 7 at the time, I had no idea how short a gap 17 years is.

eady. You can't have a man on the point While shoving (the best way to be careful) with a two man crew if the second man has to be in the ground by the engine throwing switches. Engineer can't leave cab of engine without brakeman setting hand brakes on a significant number of cars (usually 1/3 of the cut). Different rules apply switching in yards, versus shoving across public crossings, etc.

Did you even understand what you posted, TTH? Why would someone need to be "in the ground"? What the hell are you talking about? No wonder laws are unintelligible. People like you write them.
And people like me, but I'm in recovery.

"on the ground" -- typing on a phone at the time. Man on the ground throwing switches for the locomotive when it's backing of throwing the switch back when the locomotive has passed if it's going forward with the cut ahead of it. Switching is much more difficult with a two man crew (now standard) than a traditional three or four man crew.

THANK YOU!!!! You have wonderfully illustrated why a fucking politician has no need whatsoever in regulating the rail car business, or any other for that matter.
