Yes that is a probable scenario that I thnk rings true .

Now lets change the dynamics a little to include the escort situation here in
S.A. My contention is that there is a small window of opportunity that someone could level a charge of discrimination and that is when she advertises her escort service. Now up to this point she is recognized as a reputable business because what she is offering is a service of companionship, massage, rub downs etc
Nothing illegal with what she is offering at this point, but on her website she now has no AA. Remember that at this point she is just a companion or messues and it is at this point that I believe the violation could occur. The illegal activity has not occured so that would not trump the civil rights issue.

Anyone have some insight on this ?

instead of insulting everyones intelligence bc they dont pose a "reasonable argument", you may have a better chance of getting your question answered by posting it in the national forum "question of legality" -idk exactly what its called, but yure smart enough to figure it out.

the thread was about a provider not wanting to see AA, not the intelligent rod show & whether or not its legal.

asking the same question over & over again, hasnt got you the answers you seek, insulting anyone isnt either, so how about try somthing different & post it there.
