Hey NaMo! Guayaquil? I was only there a couple times and couldn't hardly wait to escape to cool Andean heights. Hotter and more humid there than even Panama City, and no A/C hardly anywhere when I was there 40+ years ago. Don't need A/C in Quito though. Place I stayed at in Guayaquil didn't even have any beds; it had hooks on the wall for your hammock.

People with the Trump mind set want the country to become greater economically and see that the problem with illegal immigration and yes it's a major problem will economically undermine the country. I am sure there are racist types in the Trump camp just as they exist in the "liberal" camp but they are in the minority. Trump's campaign was about revolutionary change against the backdrop of a broken political system. There are plenty of minorities, Hispanic or of Mexican descent, that are Trump supporters.
