YR I agree with the highlighted portion of your statement. The ACA is a new set of rules for how PRIVATE insurance providers are to conduct biz and includes a mandate that requires all of us to have health insurance. If you cant afford it, WE THE PEOPLE will assist you via subsidies.

It also allows for people who have insurance to shop the market for a better deal. No longer are you restricted to the insurance policies your employer offers.

As the market adjusts, the private insurance industry WILL lose BILLIONS in PROJECTED profits over the next few years and they know it. Which is why they're actively lobbying paid members of congress to kill the LAW by any means available.

These so-called "leaders" are using fear and lies to have us hastily kill a law that seems to benefit us... WE THE PEOPLE...

Dr Carson please stay in the medical field and don't run for public office. You may go home with less delegates than Ron Paul did.
