How is it cold, to point out someone, going almost an hour at a funeral, no tears what so ever. THEN they suddenly split INTO tears the second they are called on?

Have you ever been to a funeral of someone close to you? I would assume so but there is usually a point in time during the funeral ceremony when emotions overcome a person. The person can be stoic and then break down. Not surprising at all.

First of all, i don’t remember asking you.

But you know damned well that Beto O’Rourke grew up in El Paso, which is a border town.

So you should understand what Winn Dixie apparently doesn’t.

If not, then your New York is coming through again.

You shouldn’t watch funerals if they upset you so.

It is her fathers funeral, cut her some slack. Sometimes you can hold it in for so long.

Apparently, some of the more sensitive folks around here want to turn this into a political hatchet job.

Could be worse ... could be schoolchildren survivors of a mass shooting protesting gun violence. That really pisses them off.

May be.

BUT i also remember what little coverage they gave for Barbra Bush's funeral, as well as Margret thatcher's.. THATCHER was a head of state, Bush was a FIRST wife.. YET WITH THE sheer amount of coverage they are giving to Mccain, you'd think HE was MORE important than BOTH OF THEM combined...

I understand his bullshit attempt to prove he loves the Hispanic people so he can defeat the real Hispanic, the Honorable Senator Cruz.

In the Ivy League they called him Robert..not Roberto, not Beto, not amigo.

In El Paso, they should call him gringo.

John McCain is only lying in state SIX HOURS! THE OUTRAGE! He should lie in state until after the 2018 elections! WHY OH WHY!/?1?

On a more serious note, I was amazed to see Sen. McCain's 106 yo mother is still alive and at the capital. She may not have been aware of where she was but she looked good and was upright...for a 106 yo woman.
