What this person did was endanger your kids, and you. I had a person get mad at me for speaking out against his wife... he decided to snoop the net for anything on me and well he posted a website with my info... bad idea since I went and got the photos he used (the only 3 I have every posted of me online) put under copyright protection, had a court order to secure all data on the server his site was on.. aka I got a copy of the hard drive for discovery, and to take the site down.

Site is down now and he is facing cyber stalking charges... his ex wife knows about the charges and will be re-negotiating the custody clause in his child custody deal, his new wife is now having to work more hours to pay for the loss of income since his job found out he has this charge and they hired him for his "web skills"
