LMAO! That's why no one likes the OSAPDDBAG either, Subcilla. He's always peeing all over himself pooping all over the place...and he doesn't have papers. Wish we could deport him.

Cilla,
Get a kennel. That is by far the easiest way to house break.
Give him some toys that he IS allowed to play with in the kennel. Any time he chews on something that he isn't supposed to give him a toy. Nylabones are great chew toys.
Now if we can just find a kennel that will fit Carkido maybe we can clean up some of the mess around here.

Ty Sir,
i am aware thats the best way to house train, but my frenchie is only 14 weeks old and spent 47 days locked in a pet store grated cage, i will not do that to him, other then as a last resort, i think its inhumane to keep a puppy under lock down, its like owning a child, and no ones put them in cages, well some do but its frowned upon.

I know people have differing opinions on this technique but it doesn't have to be a lockdown. I thought it was mean also until I tried it. Think of it as a place he can go to stay out of trouble when you aren't able to spend time with him. If you treat it that way he will too.
I have always made sure that any of my pets had a place to go where they could feel safe. If they were there they didn't get bothered. Even now when my 85# Huskie gets in trouble or scared he runs to his kennel cuz he knows it is his safe place.
Good luck!

The crate training may work better if the cage is right next to you. Next to your bed, next to where you're sitting, etc. Plus some desensitization training. Give him treats in the cage, etc. Probably worth a try.
I think everyone should crate train, but it's tough if they've been abused by neglect in a cage when they were younger.
