You must have bruising in the critical area of injury to say it was the proximate cause of death, and that is required to convict of murder.

If the proximate cause doesn't fit, then you must acquit!

Floyd was alive when they took him off the scene. At what point did Floyd die so fast that no external signs could be detected? You're statement makes no sense and there is no medical basis to back it up. You sound just as dumb as Joe Biden, lol.

He didn't kneel on his neck the entire 8 minutes. That has been stated in other threads.

But Chauvin kneeled long enough to kill him. And then several minutes more.
