First of all microphones usually don’t go in the ear.

Secondly, having a speaker giving you the correct facts before you speak is usually helpful. In today’s environment of Trump’s lies it’s important to be accurate and accountable.

Thirdly, Trump doesn’t need a voice in his ear. He has plenty of voices in his head that he already listens to.

Can you really blame her for trying? Trump loves to talk. He makes little sense most of the time. His bullying tactics bothered Biden in the 2020 debates, but she is not Biden. To be fair to OTM, I remember taking apart the old maw bell phones and found if you took the talking part ("mic") out of the handle and yelled real loud into the ear part (speaker) you could faintly hear what was yelled on the other end.

I want Harris to show some humility, admit to the fact that things need to get better and then ask the electorate to vote for candidates that are willing to work together.

I think bipartisan leadership is what is needed and Trump is completely unable to do anything that requires compromise.
