I think I'm in the minority here because I watch all my news via the web (BBC-1), BBC-America, or PBS. Less poppycock I say;-)

I do think the BBC has a liberal slant, but they appear to want to get it right. It comes through a European filter, and I don't think the intentional bias is there like there is here, on both sides. I rather enjoy listening to the BBC. They don't piss me off like the American idiots do.

Too right mate. BBC is a liberally focused network--that I'll admit. Still, I think it is just better. But, I'm use to it I suppose.

BBCA is a breath of fresh air. NPR is better than PBS for news. Used to respect Bill Moyer, but he has turned so overtly biased as to be unwatchable.

BBC isn't what it use to be; they are better than most international news organizations, but the financial cutbacks in their world wide reporting is obvious. They rely on outside sources for alot of their news these days....I actually think CNN is stronger when it comes to breaking international news...otherwise CNN is useless.

I'd put the "Beeb" ie-BBC up against any Yank network! By far better world news as well as financial updates!!!! Bloody runs away with it!
