Very, very, VERY nice, Ava. Love the tub! You've worked hard on your place and should be proud.

The apartment I'm in now is my first stationary incall, and when my lease is up, I want to move from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom with a larger master and a jacuzzi bath. It'll have to be on the bottom floor with an outsized patio or small yard, as I have a lot of tropical trees and plants in giant pots on a huge patio now, and my antique iron bed weighs a ton. (But is suitable for Shorty's handcuffs.)

And some clients might be similarly inclined and not give a Sh*t. Seems to be in all price ranges. Tastes seem to be different, also when it comes to what is considered hygienic and "in good shape". But honestly, in some apartments I would not even take my shoes off ) (haha)

See I LOVE that shade of green, it's so zen and peaceful!! And I love the unique antique bed.

I'm trying to think of places with lots of shades of green but can't right now off the top of my head.

Ava, I love your place. It's classy, yet warm and inviting.

I would like to point one small issue from the perspective of a vertically cursed dude (too tall). This is for all the ladies who may be decorating or planning a boudoir.

For those of us significantly over 6 ft tall, unless the bed is king-size, a foot board is a big pain (literally). Use your imagination and you'll see.
