This is one thing I wish they would make a crime. Stupid ass morons who sag are an embarrassment to their people. It's even worse when grown ass, 30 year old men are doing it. They should be correcting these young knuckleheads. Instead, they encourage them. It only leads to further rebellion, and later, criminality.
I'm pretty sure you're more offended by racist white policies and discrimination than some cultural fashion statement. While I think it looks silly and don't prefer the sagging my personal philosophy is ohh well I guess live and let live. I will admit I won't say shit to some cats I know that sag because if I need them to handle some business for me they will ride or die for me so I just don't question them on it.
