Man what the fuck is going on???

These muthafuckas came back from a 3-1 deficit to knock off the Clippers!! That momentum I said they had never went away! They made shots, knocking down nice 3's, still had turnovers but shotmaking was crucial. And their defensive aggression was serious.
On to Oakland to face Golden State!

Note: Houston has never beaten Golden State all season so they must stay hungry 'cause you can bet Steph Curry and his boys will most definitely be!

The #1 & #2 seeded teams from each conference play each other this week. My NBA Finals predictions are this:

Cleveland vs Golden State(sorry Rockets, y'all haven't figured out a way to beat Golden State all year)

The Rockets will have to take it up another notch to stay up with Curry. Another PG we don't really have an answer for. A lack of deep bench play makes the Warriors much like the Clippers though so there is a chance if we can get into their bench.

Rockets were 0-4 against GS but D-12 did not play in any of those games.

Golden State, as we know, wasn't challenged in round one (Nawlins)....but were and answered the bell vs the most-physical team in the NBA, Memphis.

GS and H-town should be very entertaining. What's the Vegas over-under for 3's shot per each game and overall for the entire series? Might be an all-time record breaker......

He probably wouldn't waste his time on here. And I doubt the ECCIE providers here in Houston meet his criteria. This is hobbying on a different scale. Golden State takes Game 1, like I predicted.

Rockets had a 16 point lead in the 2nd quarter but couldn't sustain it.

Too many turnovers at the end, even though the game was close. And we don't know if Dwight Howard will play in Game 2 since injuring his knee. Harden had a great game so I guess buying that socialite pussy didn't bother him too much.

If the Rockets take Game 2, it may go 6, possibly 7 games. If the Warriors take Game 2, it will possibly end in 5.

The only way I see the Rockets winning this series is if Steph Curry got hurt.

Turnovers will kill you every time. Especially at crucial times.

It can still be a series even being down 0-2 because the games are very close and Harden is playing some great ball. The defense is doing a good job protecting the paint.

The Rockets will have some momentum at home but they MUST WIN BOTH GAMES!! If not, it will be like I posted earlier.

They'll be done in 5.

They made a great defensive play at the end. Just couldn't turn it into points. They rest of the team didn't get down the court to give Harden some options, he got stuck in a trap, mishandled the ball and it was game over. The other option was to call a time out and inbound the ball with about 6.5 seconds with a set offense ready to run a play. Probably would have been the better call hindsight being 20/20 and all but Harden taking the ball 94 feet off a contested rebound seemed pretty sound at the moment. Just didn't expect him to get cut off so quickly.
GS is not the be all end all they were made out to be. The Rockets have been competitive in both games and had they played a little better defense or not turned the ball over at crucial times could have one either or both games.
Curry is a fucking baller no doubt and a relentless sniper.
The series is far from over unless the Rockets think it is. They should be able to win their home games. If they can that gives them two more chances to steal one in Oakland.
