He has publicly shared a letter where his very own medical professional on the planet, aka his primary care physician, aka Dr. Clifford Chen MD, wrote that he is well, has no work restrictions, and can work full duty in public office.

People commit victimless misdemeanors all the time. Some people join sites where they anonymously describe victimless misdemeanors that they commit.
