The factual version I heard just yesterday evening is there are no records/documents at the mall of any such ban AND there are no mall employees (including security personnel) who are aware of any such ban. (FYI: typically a "ban" or "trespass" notice is provided to local LE as a "record" of the timeline for the "ban" in order for local LE who are responding to the facility to have that information available in the event the call to service is for the "banned person." So LE would have a record if it happened.)

In other words there is NO EVIDENCE of such a ban ... and the article that SissyLips posted as a link does nothing more than report "gossip" from UNNAMED SOURCES who wish not to be named!

The worst kind of character assassination and right up SissyLip's "alley" aka "poopchute" for which he is getting a reputation.

This "report" falls into the category of a forged yearbook!

Something to consider. The accuser's attorney wants them to go on the record under oath. She has said her client didn't alter the signature.
The part that is a different color ink might be the girl completing the information the alleged moore note didn't include such as the last name of "Roy", the date it was signed, who the person was, and where they were when it was signed. Good old roy might have been an assistant D.A. but that's something he may or may not have told her.

Something to think about.

So if he testifies he didn't write the entry and it's proven he did........
Somehow I think he will avoid making a statement under oath.
