It's a definite possibility.

The "lawfulness" of this order could be challenged is someone was willing to fight it. The shameful thing is that the orders likely purpose is to prevent women from getting pregnant, and thus being allowed to go back home early. This would have a poor effect on morale. The fact that the military only "went after the men" after public outrage goes to further illustrate the point. (Before the flame, I am referring to going after the men involved in consensual fucking, if the men performing rapes were not pursued for legal action that is an entirely different topic.)

The UCMJ is very clear: sexual relations outside of marriage are forbidden; so, the order was, in that regard, not "unlawful" (though the directive also stipulated married couples in country also had abstain from sex). The prosecution of women alone was successfully challenged, though as recent as October this year there was a case where a female, Air Force lieutenant is appealing her recent discharge for being an unwed mother.

Yes it is very clear....ly written in mud
If they could actually enforce that there would be nearly no soldiers or sailors left. I was in for 18 years and violated that nearly every day for years.

Short of a confession, dated video or email stating it explicitly, I dont see how anyone could prove when the affiar started.

18 years! Well then you should know they CAN enforce it, but CHOOSE not to enforce it except when it's to their convenience to do so. RULE #1: Do not agitate, aggravate or in anyway make a public spectacle of yourself and/or the service, and the service will not persecute or prosecute.

the media is also starting to report stories that should have been reported BEFORE the election. Like the true cost of NOBAMACARE and the truth about taxes going up for EVERYONE.
The one story I am waiting for the media to report on is how many of the military votes were not counted for one reason or another.
