As a side note to all,of this, I wish the United States would have invited General Giap to address a joint session of Congress before his death.

We as a Nation could have profited by his insight into how we lost that war. Keep in mind, I did not say that The North Vietnamese won the war, I said we lost it.

Perhaps that insight might have helped us win during Desert Storm.
