After "further investigation" the Little Prosecutor is dropping charges and recharging!!!!

Where is the "outrage"?

Her day in the "Sun" is reaching the evening cycle.

Apparently, "further investigation" demonstrated insufficient "intent to kill," not to mention a "reasonable belief" to justify an arrest for the carrying of an "illegal knife," so "now" the revelation is perhaps "negligence" ... which criminally, BTW, still carries a requirement of intending the act that was "negligence" as that term is LEGALLY DEFINED IN CRIMINAL LAW.
