You may be right, 10 to 1 says that they will at least think beforehand, about not doing something (allegedly) so very stupid the next time. And maybe other police departments will do the same, which is truly what matters.

And that makes everything OK?
If there was no genuine, life-threatening emergency at the neighbor's house, and all this was nothing more than some cops feeling macho, then some of those cops need to be suspended or fired.
And the city should pay a BIG settlement. One that will make their eyes water.
It is the only way to stop the storm-trooper mentality that has seized so many police departments.

Your posts just keep on getting more stupid! Did you even read the links? In addition to breaking his door down, the cops violated his civil rights when he was on the floor of his own house with his hands over his head by firing multiple pepperball rounds at him simply because he did not respond to conflicting commands by the officers. They also arrested his father and barged into his mother's house after she opened the door for them and told them they could not come in. So much for your open the door BS and there would be no problem!
It will take a lot more than just replacing his door and some "minor" money for justice to be served here. Those officers involved need to go to prison for what they did.
But I guess you are not interested in seeing justice served here.

Sounds like you know quite a bit about "use your ass as a sperm bank". Did CBJ7 teach you or did you both teach each other?

all the dude had to do was answer the door when the cops knocked
end of problem ----CJ7
All Trayvon had to do was go home...
Most communities have the same standard; if the police do not have a felony warrant, they can knock at your door and ask you to come outside. If you do not wish to then they have little choice but to leave. Now if they have a misdemeanor warrant then they can position themselves outside until you try to leave. In this case there was no warrant and no lawful reason to knock the door down. It is funny that the same people who don't like the police, and say that George Zimmerman should have did as he was "ordered", are the same people here who say that you should bend over to any and all police orders; lawful or not. Pussies!
CJ must have a long dick....he keeps stepping on it. The domestic disturbance was NEXT DOOR. The police had no right to enter the other house for something happening next door.

I contend that if the police had followed the law and obeyed the US Constitution then none of this would have happened.
For XNYRKR; when did the Wall Street Journal become a right wing paper?

And if you knew the history of the third amendment , you'd know that this is not applicable.
This has nothing to do with Martin vs Zimmerman btw.

sigh..... I did not say that the Zimmerman case had anything to do with the 3rd, 4th, or even 5th amendment. It was a response to the idiot CJ who has said several times that all this family had to do was open the door, follow all police orders, and get out of their own home and there would have been no arrest. That same logic follows with Trayvon Martin but CJ can't see it. All the kid had to do was answer the questions respectfully and go home. He would still be alive today pretending to be a gangbanger. This was just showing up CJ as either stupid or a hypocrite.
