Exactly. Not that we are in any danger of going under, and I would never sell, but we do need to be financially viable enough to make the high stress nature of the job worth it. Otherwise one day I might just throw my hands up and say "forget it, I've had enough!", and shut the whole thing down.
Really I don't see that happening after all this time, but I've still got another 25 years before retirement age, so either I do this (comfortably), or I do something else, and I would prefer to continue doing this.
