House committees need not sit on the sidelines waiting for the Odumbo administration to continue stonewalling the subpoenas.

In Eastland v. U.S. Servicemen's Fund (1975), the Supreme Court enforced a Senate subcommittee subpoena. That case was originally initiated by the U.S. Servicemen's Fund against Sen. James Eastland (D-Miss.) in District Court, which dismissed the request that the subpoena be invalidated. The organization then appealed in the Circuit Court, and won. Ultimately, Eastland went to the Supreme Court, and won the case, and the subpoena was enforced.

This is actually something the House committees could go to court over.

GOP lawmaker accuses Odumbo's DOJ of hiding former employee linked to IRS scandal

"Strelka, who was employed as an attorney at Odumbo's Justice Department’s tax division, until recently represented the IRS in civil lawsuits filed over the targeting. However, Strelka used to work under IRS official Lois Lerner in the exempt organizations division of the IRS.....

"... Strelka’s relationship with Lerner should have prevented him from being involved in the investigation.

"... emails show that during his tenure Strelka was directly involved in the targeting of conservative groups. In one case, they point out, Strelka was informed by a manager to be on the “lookout” for a Tea Party case."

Obviously, IBIdiot, you have made a mockery of everything for which you criticize others.

You cite fictional stories in questionable sources and then lie on top of it.

When you QUOTE a story, are you changing any of the text?

Simple yes or no answer.

Default Odumbo's minions continue to lie to and deceive the American public.

"As lawmakers return to Washington to continue the search for thousands of missing subpoenaed emails related to the Internal Revenue Service's alleged targeting of conservative groups, questions abound.

"Among the most pressing is the fact that a Blackberry belonging to Lois Lerner, a former official at the center of the scandal, was wiped clean shortly after investigators started asking questions about her alleged role in the targeting of conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.

"Despite the fact that this revelation first came to light in August, the IRS has yet explain why this was done.

"Considering her former role as chief of the IRS' tax exempt division, and its proximity to the targeting scandal, the decision to wipe her phone after investigators started asking questions is both suspicious and troubling...

"IRS attorney Thomas J. Kane 'offered no explanation for why the IRS ‘removed or wiped clean’ the data, and the IRS did not respond to the same question when asked … on Wednesday,' the Washington Post reported."

The press was all over Nixon for 18 minutes missing from White House tapes. Where is the outcry about this?

Networks Refuse to Cover Dual IRS Developments; Haven’t Covered IRS Since July

The major broadcast networks continued their month-long plus streak of not covering the IRS scandal on Friday night and Saturday morning as ABC, CBS, and NBC all omitted from their evening and morning newscasts two major developments. The new details on the scandal involving the agency that targeted conservative groups include the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) informing congressional staffers that a possible 760 IRS computer servers exist that could contain lost e-mails from Lois Lerner.

I believe Friday it was reported that another four IRS employees that dealt directly with Lerner and/or the Cincinnati office had "unrecoverable" emails.

A special independent investigator needs to be appointed.

Default Odumbo's minions at the IRS are still hiding the evidence.

Quote:
News of Lerner’s Blackberry first came to light in August after U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan told the IRS to explain its efforts to recover thousands of missing emails that supposedly vanished in a computer crash in 2011.

Responding to Judge Emmet’s order, an IRS official in an official declaration stated that the agency never tried to recover copies of Lerner’s emails from her Blackberry. Further, in a separate declaration, an IRS official confirmed that the agency “removed or wiped clean” information from Lerner’s phone at around the time that the agency came under scrutiny for its alleged targeting conservative groups.

And your brain has been MIA since you were born, Ekim the Inbred Chimp. Whether or not Congress is in session has nothing to do with reporting news stories, Ekim the Inbred Chimp, such as discoveries made in Judicial Watch's disclosure suit against the IRS. Notice how the Congress isn't in session; yet, the MSM is all over the "non-story" about "un-PC" remarks made by a NBA owner, you stupid fuckin' jackass.

Still searching the media for anybody named Odumbo.

According to your "direct quotations," there is an Odumbo in Forbes, BBC, every Washington rag that isn't legitimate, let's see... EVERY SITE AND BLOG ONLINE.

But I haven't yet seen that name printed in the body of any story, except when you doctor those sources' content. So, Mr. GED dropout, your superior journalistic skills have led you down another dead end road in Idiotville.

I will have no choice but to classify your citations as false and invalid, null and void, like your sex life (except of course with your Pappy and sister, Goob).

You want people to respect your sources, IBIdiot? Then respect them yourself. You'll never get out of the mineshaft otherwise.

Default Odumbo's foes were audited ten times the normal rate.

Quote:
"Another week, another stunning IRS revelation.

"Judicial Watch released emails last week showing that Holly Paz and Lois Lerner – two of the central figures responsible for the IRS’s systematic targeting of conservative groups – were discussing a “secret research project” apparently using confidential conservative donor information improperly obtained by the IRS.

"The context is damaging, indicating that the decision to launch the 'secret research project' was either made or approved at the very highest levels of the IRS....

"It appears that 'after groups provided [donor] information to the IRS, nearly one in ten donors were subject to audit.'"

"One in ten. The normal audit rate is roughly 1 percent
