All this diet talk is good but you'll never get where you should be without exercise especially once you get close to or exceed the big four-0 mark.

I took your pop quiz wakeup and got a normal but most people would say I'm skinny. I think I'll have a cookie and wash it down with some Mexican Coke to celibrate.

There's nothing wrong with feeling good about how you look...there's something massively and destructively wrong with feeling good about being obese. Our politically correct society has drummed into you to accept who you are and be happy about it...and those sentiments, as well as your own laziness, are killing you...and you're [going to be] costing the rest of us money in countless ways.

You all can go happily along right now claiming "I'm in perfect health" and "I've never had any problems with my weight" and hope to whatever god you pray to that our medical system can keep performing miracles to keep you alive later in your life. Personally, it disgusts me...as it should disgust you...

I completely agree. As I said earlier, I'm not trying to give someone a complete roadmap to perfect health. Laying out a complete set of steps for everyone knowing it won't work for everyone is what these fad diet books do. I'm not going to give out a coples set of steps and make it hard for anyone.

Take in fewer calories than you exert and you'll lose weight...period...

I'm not throwing in healthy types of foods, exercise regimens, any of that. Almost everyone can lose 5% of their body weight by doing nothing more than counting their calories and sitting on the couch being a lazy fuck. Once they see how easy that it, it instills an urge to do more.

However, let’s pretend for a moment that I was still married. My ex is still a very attractive woman, and has only put on a few extra pounds. I’m certain I could have dealt with a slow weight gain over the years, assuming everything else was going well. Although, to get back to the girl in the office. She has gone from a smoking fucking hot body, to being well over weight in just a few years. I think that both men and women have an obligation to at least make a fucking effort to maintain your appearance. It’s not like she is fifty years old. She is only thirty. I just think this early in a marriage, she is setting herself up for possible heartache.

No hard feelings.. My family owns a trucking business, a tow truck company and a tack shop.... I grew up around plenty of out spoken people, which is why I have a back bone and a mouth of my own in this world of ass holes. It is not what has been said.. It was when I was personally called names... but even that can only go so far..

I agree with you and people letting their looks go one way or the other ... It happens in all areas of life, not just weight.

But when you go out of your way to try to decrease the value of some one's life and being.. you really need to take a look at your own self before you open your mouth...

THAT IS the point I tried to make. I agree with most all that has been stated in this thread as far as health issues.. but after that, it is just a personal choice on liking or not liking some one who is big or fat or what ever... it should be left at that... and if it gets talked about.. it should be in general..

Again, Im not taking any ones post personal... hell, most of them I have cracked up laughing at before I stared to respond.. even WU's.

So how is some one using their health insurance costing YOU money? Have you been to the doctor lately? Ever? and did you use your insurance?

Well, hot damn... you are costing ME money!!!

lmFatAo --- It disgust me that MEN think it is ok to talk to a woman this way...ANY WHERE IN LIFE... about any thing...

Talking about it and making people aware and helping is one thing, but going to the point of where you have gone... is simply funny..

Thank GOD for REAL MEN ....

Physically I have noticed my waiste line trimming, and my boobs falling lol. I just been so busy and DON'T try to lose weight. If a health problem comes up (maybe my cholesterol) I might have to do it. I been getting ready for my summer vacation and too busy to pay attention. But yes I have noticed physically. I have a weight that I want to be at, and its about 15 pounds lighter than I am now. Then again if boobs get flappy its OVER. Overall I have high self esteem!

I know this is a foreign concept to you because you don't live in the real world...but some of us have to pay for health insurance for employees...and the amount we have to pay every month for even a dozen people is enough to make you vomit...

Obese people have a much higher insurance premiums, on the order of 10-15% higher. What's funny is that the screening question about height and weight didn't even show up on the application until three years ago. The insurers know what you don't...you're going to have massive health issues as you age that other people won't...

Look at the $250 billion a year on medical costs you all incur. You think all of that is paid by just the obese people?
Look at the $100 billion lost a year in job productivity just from obese people.

Actually I'm going to stop...if you can't be bothered to educate yourself on how big a burden you are on society, far be it for me to try...stick your head in the sand and try to forget what you are...

You will never win dude... your a jack ass all the way around.. I have health insurance... I am not a burden on society.. Burden would be welfare that my taxes pay for. ... MY healthcare does not affect YOU in any way what so fuckin ever.

Get off the gas!!!

My Father & Mother , Grandfather, Uncle, Aunt and my damn Grandmother... ALLLLL OWN their own businesses . and that is PLURAL..not all one business..and they all cover employees with healhcare.. I have never once heard one of them bitch about having to pay for it.

I'm FAR FROM SOME BROKE ASS HOOKER YOU THINK YOU CAN PUSH OVER..TRUST ME. .. so I know how all that works Wakeup..but my insurance don't cost you a damn thing, so quit bitching..

If you do not like big girls.. so be it.. don't hobby with them. But keep your rude ass comments to your self.. You truly have no clue.. and how you make it in this world with that frame of mind.. I have no clue..

Grasp the fact that there is a difference between some one being so over weight that they have serious health issues, and some one being fat..
As there is some girl being skinny, or to the point she is unhealthy from lack of weight!!!!

Find some one else to talk shit to.. I'm sure if this was a guy.. you wouldn't open your mouth to say any of the shit you have said here directed towards ME or any other lady. I chose to keep this up with you, but if you chose to think that the way you speak to some one is ok... think again.

I have mangaged to keep up with you on this thread never once calling you out of your name, or talking major shit, ans STILL got my point across.

I have a good life, Maybe that is the issue.. maybe you are not ok knowing that you can't put every girl on this board in one group..you know the one you try to make us all out to be.

Dang, some one give wake up a cheese burger!!!
Oh, yeah... I have done really good on the calories today Wakeup... IJS.

Are you still doing the WakeUp challenge? I don't get it. What are the psychological effects of cutting to 1300 calories cold turkey after doing 3X that your whole life?

Sure.. why not? I know my body, I know what to do to lose weight. Plain and simple. Again, It may be hard for some one who eats non stop all day and weighs 500 lbs and is lazy... but, unclear enough.. that's not a problem I have. I actually at at Subway twice today and still never hit the 1200 calories. And I did not drink any thing but water..

I went to Subway and thought about Wakeup and ordered a turkey sandwich. Then felt so proud and got to the end of the counter and got chips and sweet tea, then saw those delishious cookies they had and ummmmm.....the rest is history lmao.

Now I gotta get back to work
