I have to agree, I'd say two of those states are Virginia and New Jersey, both went blue in 08 but turned red in the mid terms and appear to be headed red again. Colorado might be a huge battleground must win for Obama if he loses VA and NJ.

Leaves us Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan. Florida is up for grabs but unless the jobs outlook increases in those 3 other states and unemployment goes down, all 3 will go Red in frustration. He can't ride the 'Osama Bin Laden is dead' express to re-election, he needs results here in America. This is Obama's economy now, not Bush's. Wall Street isn't talking about Osama, and Americans will care not about Osama in 2012 but Obama and the fact they are still broke four years later

Lots of conjecture, no substance. No one I know outside of California is truly hurting at the moment, and haven't been for some time. Even my employer is offering referral bonuses for open positions because they can't find anyone to fill them. So I guess the real question is, which country are *you* living in?

Now, maybe you can try backing up your claims with some bonafide data, and if you wouldn't mind, please share with us exactly what fiscal policy needs to be implemented.
