In any major event such as this NO ONE knows the truth of the situation. New desk are bombarded with information and they just do not have the means to shift through it all and find out what it is true and what is not. Hence you hear reports that days later turn out the be totally false. Does anyone do this with an intent to mis-lead or further an agenda, no, not at all. It is just the enormous uncertainty. It has been this way since news started being reported. Yet you start threads with screaming headlines blasting the media about. You also seem to imply that only the so called "liberal" media is at fault. Not really true. Posters on here object to your post not so much because it is bombastic and false but because deep down they understand that no news outlet can really report the truth immediately as no one knows what it is. So what have you proven? Anything? That people don't know the truth immediately and report false facts, heck we know that. So if you must post don't be so defensive when everyone pushes back. It is my feeling that you post because you know that people will push back.
