The FBI data is based on arrests wherein the race of the person is noted in the charges as they are filed.

That was not MY quote. I was quoting the article that was quoting an interviewee within the article. If you had read the article, you would know that. If you knew how this board works when someone uses the quote feature, you would know that. Or if you knew how quotations worked, you would know that. Although I agree with the sentiments of the gentleman, I don't agree the VP would be any better. He's just a robotic conduit for right wing social conservatives.
