Can you get banned for a single incident? Moot point.
I haven't seen anyone who got banned that I would loan some points to because they lost them for being an asshole (you know, unjustly). I've got a warning or two and I think it's obvious (per the mod's "explanation") why I did.
Not being Elon Douche-bag, I can't buy ECCIE to get my way.
And not being a hacker, I have no way of retaliation other than the RTM button. Since I'll generally admit/claim to any use of said same button, my thanks to whoever pulled the trigger on that real guy.
