I think you should deal with the issues that arise in the forum that it occurs and let the local moderators handle what needs to be handled. Nobody here has any special protection by anybody.
Discipline of members is handled in private between staff and the member. I suggest that all of you take your shit elsewhere.
Let this serve as a blanket warning for all, individuals will be contacted privately but if you do not get a PM that does not mean you are not at risk.
