I've seen similar numbers from non-Ukrainian sources that were verifiable by private satellite images. the numbers were similar for helicopters, aircraft and tanks. number varies on other hardware losses; some less, some more.

russia got about 15% of ukraine so far. thats really slow going. I think they are going full dicks up with their soviet style hammering like what they did to Grozny, Chechnya.
