Mark my words, many people in Houston will walk away from their homes. I am talking 100K homes up to 1+ million dollar homes. Most will not have flood insurance. With water remaining in the homes for days or weeks the entire home and everything in it will be covered with mold and homeowner policies do not cover mold.
