538 shows Casey up 4.6 points from carpet bagger McCormick. Dave should have stayed in connecticunt- so he would be respected instead of trying to lie about his life in PA and his love of the keystone state...
Eye, you're drifting off-topic, but McCormick is definitely NOT a carpetbagger. He has long & deep ROOTS in this state. He grew up in Bloomsburg PA, where his father was a college President and where he still owns the family farm. He lived in Pgh when he was CEO of FreeMarkets. He currently owns a home in Squirrel Hill. The Connecticut house is rented. He lived there because the hedge fund industry is based in NYC. He'll vacate it once his daughters graduate from high school.
But hey, it's not surprising that Casey's negative attack ads are chock-full of lies like this... it shows the Dems are in PANIC mode!!
This is due to a combination of the early voting numbers continuing to be extremely favorable for Trump, and the positive optics from events like the McDonalds photo op, and Steelers game appearance.

And here I thought this was about Democrats in panic mode. I doubt your friend needs your assist with the comments about Casey-who happens to be a democrat.
If it was only about Trump, why didn't Bam say it?
and since it's his thread- he is the one who brought bagger Dave into the fray. If you think he's a good dude to vote for- go for it. I think that he's as bad a representative of PA as anyone else the GOP has thrown at an office- including OZ.
Lets also consider that polymarket is simply a shilling betting site for people. Those who would predict with a 'bet' are hardly using anything more than what the OP suggested is the wrong method of policy- HOPE and Prayers. Vibes and a few sheckles.
Even Elon is using money to sway voting- legally or illegally.
I find a betting site is likely about as useful as a magic 8 ball for foretelling the future. As a matter of fact- probably less than, since they are bias based on payouts of money where my 8 ball just picks a 'random', but equally weighted response, when you figure in the same sense of logic for the reponses for Polymarket's predictions.
"Billionaire investor Mark Cuban has dismissed the usefulness of the decentralized prediction market Polymarket when it comes to predicting the 2024 U.S. presidential election winner.
“From all indications, most of the money coming into Polymarket is foreign money, so I don’t think it’s an indication of anything,” he said in an interview with CNBC Squawk Box."
AND
"Cuban pointed out that Polymarket doesn't allow U.S. citizens to place bets on the election. This follows a 2022 decision by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), which saw the platform hit with a $1.4 million fine.
Thats what a 'real billionaire' thinks who actually hasn't been indicted almost a 100 times.
so essentially- the claim is polymarket's betting odds are not even being developed by odds of betting public, as they aren't able to accept US betters. Simply put- they don't represent AMERICANS who will have a chance to vote, so It's as useful as a hammer when you need a screwdriver.
This is due to a combination of the early voting numbers continuing to be extremely favorable for Trump, and the positive optics from events like the McDonalds photo op, and Steelers game appearance.
Trump’s campaign is working.
Panic
Polymarket doesn't represent American voters. At all. It's almost entirely comprised of foreigners who are betting on the election.
Rasmussen Head Pollster Mark Mitchell predicts massive Trump victory with popular vote:
"My numbers haven't changed and everyone is coming to where we were at. Not a single time has Harris or Biden in the last year ever beaten Donald Trump."
