Wrong perspective. Z doesn't have to over any evidence of his "innocence" ... of the crime for which he is charged, .... because ... he is innocent as he sits in that chair.
Regardless of what the Hispanic-Race haters like WTF want to believe.

The prosecutor certainly mishandled cross-examining the use of force expert, Dennis Root, who "testified that the length of time the altercation lasted - the screams span about 40 seconds on the call before the gunshot- could seem like an "eternity" to someone involved in the fight.
'40 seconds of time, that's a very long time to be involved in any kind of physical altercation," Root said. "That most certainly plays into the decision making of any individual involved.'
Who is screaming on the call has been a key point of controversy in the case.
On cross-examination, prosecutor John Guy asked Root whether he would scream if he was in a fight with someone and he realized the person had a gun.
'My first instinct as the aggressor [Martin] is not going to be to scream to help,' Root said. 'It's to go for the weapon that's going to help me continue my aggressions.'
Zimmerman has said that he believed Martin was reaching for his gun before the fatal shot.
Root also testified that he believed Martin was in better physical shape than Zimmerman and that Zimmerman wasn't any athlete. 'He would find himself lacking when compared to Mr. Martin,' Root said.
He said that carrying a gun with a round in the chamber - as Zimmerman had been the night of the fatal struggle - was the 'best way to carry a firearm.'"

The prosecutor asked open ended questions, and the witness thoroughly reinforced Zimmerman's version of events.

Zimmerman has said that he believed Martin was reaching for his gun before the fatal shot
Zimmerman said he had to wrestle the gun away from the kid at one point .. but the kids fingerprints or palm prints didn't show up

And you know that how? Now you can "read" finger and palm prints.

The prosecutor also straddled the "dummy" as Martin was accused of doing and asked questions about the events based on Martin being on top .. like had been reported ... rather than portraying Zimmerman on top ...
that theater will stick in the jurors minds .. reinforced in defense summation.
"Even the prosecutor thought Martin was on top"!

not me ... and neither could the forensic team that dusted the gun because there were no prints to read ..
almost as good ..
Zimmerman has claimed that he got out of his car to check his location when Trayvon attacked him, broke his nose, and then began to beat his head against the sidewalk.
wait, wasn't he out of his car chasing the kid on foot?
Im tellin ya, this guy is good ... able to leap tall buildings in a single bound, do two things at the same time
the jury has to sift through all the ??????

You are most correct! It was quite funny watching the prosecutor twist his arm and wrist as he tried to simulate a very unnatural shooting position to fit their version of events to the forensic evidence, but Root held to his version and said such a grip would be highly "improbable": especially during a fight since a simple, straight-forward gun-hold would be the easiest and most expedient to achieve during a struggle.

Which forensic team?
You mean the one which arrived on the scene and "dusted the gun" before the first officer there shoved into his pants under his belt against his shirt and then pulled it out again to secure it after he cuffed Zimmerman.
So Zimmerman didn't handle the weapon either ....
...... "no prints to read"!
You make an excellent "dicktective" ... and even a better "liaryer" ....
.. you really ought to sit this one out. It's not going well for you.

I liked the part where the witness said Zimmerman didn't have any fighting skills.

LL isn't a liar, and he isn't making anything up, CBJ7. After the shooting, in a drizzling rain, Zimmerman reholstered his rain-wet weapon. Zimmerman's wet holster and wet jacket wiped against the weapon's surface. Sanford Police Officer Timothy Smith testified that Zimmerman pulled his wet jacket up, dragging it over the rain-wet weapon's grip as he did so, to allow Officer Smith to take possession of the wet weapon. Officer Smith testified that he pushed Zimmerman's rain-wet weapon between his holster-belt and his shirt while he secured and handcuffed Zimmerman. Officer Smith, with Zimmerman's rain-wet weapon placed between his holster-belt and his shirt, then escorted Zimmerman several yards, through the drizzling rain, to a patrol car. Once Zimmerman was secured in the car, Officer Smith put Zimmerman's rain-wet weapon in an evidence bag.
"Kristen Bentsen said no useable fingerprint or palm print was recovered from Zimmerman's firearm. This evidence could contradict Zimmerman's claim that Martin grabbed his gun.
O'Mara asked Bentsen if environmental factors like rain can damage latent prints, and she replied “Yes.” It was raining periodically the night of the shooting, and the rain may have impacted what fingerprints were left on the gun."

Shit, neither one of them had any real MMA skills or any other fighting art for that matter. In fact if Martin would have been any further away Zimmerman probably would've missed the shot. This is just one of those unfortunate incidences that got way to much publicity. Because of Florida's extensive Self Defense statutes Zimmerman probably should be acquitted. In another State with stricter Laws Zimmerman would have done been convicted and dressed in Orange by now. But because the high profile nature this case has acquired Zimmerman most likely will take a lesser charge. I personally don't agree with any of Zimmerman's actions, but because of the nature of Florida's Laws, I think it might turn out more in Zimmerman's favor in the end.

cant disagree with that
my only problem is the more than a few instances don't match the story from Zim, its a pretty long list. guess we'll know soon enough if the question marks floating over the jurys head makes any difference
