Ahaaaa... so that's it... your HAND goes inside the glove ... that probably would work better...

You are right, we may not be able to change her actions, or those that decide to be her clients. We can however show our public disdain for the activity in hopes that new providers, new hobbyists, and those that may be on the fence with this issue are dissuaded from ever taking it up.
There are all sorts of reasons for taking a public stand on this. It could be for personal safety, community well-being, and also for not attracting undo focus from law enforcement. If you think there is a public witch hunt of those that engage in prostitution now by law enforcement and citizen action groups, let them get a wind of unprotected anal and vaginal sex going on with a few documented cases of diseases being spread--then all of us will find it a bit more difficult to enjoy this little hobby of ours.

It's all a matter of perspective... a provider says BBFS ... some guys want to get their rocks off with her... others want to stone her with rocks

you have options..either do it or don't..see them or don't..
if you think bbfs ain't happening and girls ain't gettin rich doing it..your a damn fool..
if you don't want to..don't
if you don't wanna see guys that have seen girls that do..DON'T
fact is.. most don't know who is doing it..so you can't avoid it anyways..wear a condom, have the client your with wear one..and thats about all you can do..besides keep your fucking legs closed
|
Uhm no its not hobby police, but i for one think its dangerous to us all. Condoms break, shit happens, and like Taylor mentioned will attract the wrong kind of attention.
Hobby police not hardly, i was there to place an ad not spy! Get over it

LE.. don't give a damn covered or uncovered..thats a load of shit...
if LE wants you, they are gonna get you.. bbfs don't put you know more on their radar than the next girl.. its cool to claim thats the reason for concern since all other "reasons" are easily shot down.. so we just move to the next "reason"
community concern and possible LE ramifications.. YA RIGHT!!
offering bbfs may sensationalize it more for le to make the bust.. but its still prostitution.. no matter how you look at it.. could they add another charge? who knows..perhaps an attorney can chime in.. i doubt it.. since all they are after is the PROSTITUTION BUST!! and whether you make the undercover suit up or go bare..he is still gonna bust your ass..
i have a hard time believing LE is sitting back going..oh leave her alone..she makes them wear condoms..
leave her alone too..she makes them wear condoms too..
geez.. lets bounce to the next reason..oh wait.. we are out of them..
fact is.. she can provide services HOW SHE WANTS.. its all illegal in the end..covered or not.. endangering the community? perhaps an added charge..but at that point..it really dont' matter.. in order to prove a girl was gonna allow bbfs the undercover would have to partake.. most likely ain't gonna happen.. so in the end..a girl would be busted for what... oh ya the same thing any girl here selling pussy will be busted for..PROSTITUTION!!
if people would mind their own.. the "community" would be alot better off.. if a guy reads an ad and wants to see someone offering that..they have that right.. GUESS WHAT..YOU WILL NEVER KNOW IT!!
if a guy doesn't..he won't.. or he can and wear a condom.. if a provider doesn't wanna see a client that uses a girl that offers bbfs as a reference..THEN DON'T!! fact is..most guys are smart enough to know not to use one..so again..YOU STILL WON'T KNOW..
its only a "danger" to provider b that provider A goes bareback if provider b allows the same client to bareback her.. if provider B requires protection..it shouldn't matter what the client has done.. i mean right? lmao.. since your ok with him barebacking his SO that you don't know who she has been fucking...perhaps his SO cheats too..like he is doing..and barebacks with her "beau" could that happen? yep.. so your at just as much risk.. as fucking some client that goes bareback with another provider..
condoms are condoms are condoms.. they don't know who they are protecting.. so.. as long as providers that are worried about it make guys wear them..you are as a safe as you ever were

LEOs do whatever the politicians that sign their checks tell them to do. If citizens perceive a greater health risk, or the media runs some sensational story about some housewife getting AIDS from her unfaithful hubby that went bareback with a prostitute, there will be public outcry and LEO will step up enforcement to assuage the public outcry. This isn't limited to the hobby. Whenever public paranoia increases, they tend to get more focused, no matter what the crime is.
You are right about covered or not covered being an issue with LEO. Once politicians point them in our direction so the constituents and community action groups will quit calling their office, they will arrest everyone they can grab for a short time just so their public relations officer can have a press conference and announce they have "made a number of arrests to make the city safe."

Great post.
I think if you knowingly have uncovered sex with a person and you know you are HIV+, I think that is against some law. It's about intent. I think it's different if you don't know your HIV status, but someone else smarter than I am can give their opinion.

Dear John..I agree..i believe as well that if you knowingly have hiv and have unprotected sex that is against the law..
however.. #1 if the person doesn't know.. and hell i would guess that goes for aids or any other STD.. if i don't know i am passing it off..is there a charge that could be added to my prostitution charge as well? would be interesting to know..
but mainly.. the HIV aside.. my thought is i have a hard time believing that a prostitute having unprotected sex is anymore in the "crosshairs" of le over a prostitute offering cfs.. lmao..its all prostitution to the vice officer making the bust..

So you think a john has never caught an STD from a provider, but if it happens just once, then all the funs over? Get real. Police do sweeps on a reqular basis. It has nothing to do with health risks. The past police chief in Houston made a crusade of busting girls/johns. So what. You make your choices and you take your chances. Play smart, and maybe you wont take anything extra home.

I don't think anyone was saying an individual provider would be in the cross-hairs. It is more about how much impact BBFS stories (sensationalized by the media) would have on public perception of prostitution and whether there would be an outcry to have a ramp up of enforcement through a prostitution task force.
Rumor has it, there are a bunch of cops that lurk these message boards, so maybe one of them will weigh in.

Do you really think that if the media ran with some story about how the suburbs are facing a pandemic of AIDS (I am sure they would hype it like that with some clever, but panic inducing headline) because husbands are frequenting call girls that don't use protection, there would be no outcry?
You don't think there would be pressure from civic and church groups on politicians preaching that the sky is falling and we need more vice cops and more prostitution arrests?

Click the photo above of Phil Burress, head of the CVC. He has millions of dollars in his budget and goes across the country funding local law enforcement endeavors to start vice task forces.

Wanna bet some bail money on it?
Do you remember how active LEO was when the Craiglist murder stuff was going on and that venue we all knew about for years was suddenly made way more public?
I am not trying to equate BBFS with a serial rapist and murderer, but what I am saying is all it takes is momentum. There is no sense in calling too much attention to our hobby through reckless behaviors.

My point exactly. I agree that we don't want to send these people into hiding, but we should sort of discourage the activity. We probably won't be able to change the actions of people dedicated to that act, but perhaps we can influence people new to the hobby, or folks still on the fence with regards to BBFS from taking up the practice.
