Texas is about as fucked up on abortion as any state in the country. It’s always been run by big money and the church. Arizona is similar, though the demographics are similar. In 2024, this entire issue makes zero sense.

But at least Trump has advocated for punishing women who get abortions, while crowing about dismantling Roe.
