As someone stated above, and speaking only for myself, I enjoy scanning BP girls to find up and coming providers, who possibly haven't discovered the resource of boards like this one. I like "discovering" them and sharing what I've found with my fellow hobbyists here.

I also travel frequently to places that aren't adequately covered by this board and others like it. In those places, BP is a good resource and tends to have fewer scammers.

The bottom-line is that ECCIE and similar sites don't have the monopoly on honest, clean, fun hobbying.

I used to do various forms of consulting. Rather than turn up all the leads myself, I had a head-hunting type firm represent me. Yes, they got a cut of the proceeds -- about 25% -- but they saved me time and effort that would have diverted me from the core work I wanted to do.

Certainly, those who hired me through the head-hunter didn't get any less quality work than those who hired me directly; and I made sure the charges were the same.

What I am saying is that the fact a woman works through an agency doesn't mean that the quality of her work would be lower than if she were hired directly. She is still the same person.

At times, keeping up with calls, emails, verifications, screening, etc. can be a substantial task for an escort. Not everyone is equally enthused about doing it. There is nothing inherently wrong with a woman essentially outsourcing those tasks to a third party so she isn't distracted from exercising her core competency.

So I do not subscribe to the notion that a woman working for an agency is in any way inferior to a woman who works independently.

That having been said, I will be honest and say that I have never booked with an agency. I prefer independents for a number of reasons.

I am able to screen independents for the factors that are most important to me far better than I can screen an agency woman. I like the fact that when I hand over the cash to an independent, it is all hers -- every dime. There are other factors as well, but those are the biggest.

If I were simply looking to get laid by a super-hot sex-expert, agency ladies would be a perfectly fine choice; and in my area they are usually less expensive than indies.

Wow, what a read. Been out for a couple days and this thing really took off. . . in several directions.

The thing that I hoped the folks outside of the OK area got (and I was backed up by Mr. Okie) is that BP is not treated the same everywhere in these great states of ours. In OK where Tiff and myself reside, BP is usually not a good place, with some exceptions. If one was to venture into the OK area and look at their reviews, I would say that even with the guys doing their best homework, that half of the BP reviews are not positive. And "fakes" are identified constantly.

I have been personally told by one of the BP girls that I did see once that BP was an excellent source for her on the east coast. So, again, different in different areas.

And, I didn't feel any negativity from Tiff concerning any girl that uses BP when she started this thread.

I believe that Tiff was more concerned with why the established, ECCIE and/or P411 locals seemed to be being neglected. And from the perspective around these parts, I feel it is more about economics than the search for new bodies to conquer. If I were in Tiff's city, I am sure that I would be one of her regulars since she seems to understand that the hobbyists do have budgets from her rates (I am still looking forward to that chance to meet her).

It sometimes feels, when reading some comments from ladies, that hobbyists are a never ending cash supply and I am personally grateful to those that understand our side of the equation. And, BTW, I too spend a lot more time outside of our hour preparing as well. I start a ritual a day or two in advance, so when we meet I am hopefully at my best so that both of us walk away satisfied.

Now, I haven't been scouring BP but I have been putting feelers out through providers that I have met and others to find girls that are within my budget and also meet the GFE experience that I am looking for. Being a P411 guy with many okays, I have been amazed at how few girls on that site fall into my budget since the great price raise fall of 09. Maybe I am not wealthy enough to be in this hobby now, but I am grateful to those ladies that I have had the opportunity to be with that did provide an excellent time.

Any ways. . .I probably have beaten the horse to death now.

i agree with sweet heather. women need to stop being jealous of other women. plenty of real women and fake women on bp, cl, or eccie. Do your homework and lots of women such as myself verify and screen there clients. and i am one that doesnt advertise on eccie but i do have reviews here. just be safe no matter who you are.

No, lack of reviews generally means or could mean your established and now you have a regular steady clientele. You do not need reviews on a regular basis to pump your business.

Exactly.... It's a brave new world out there that exists well beyond this forum. And by the way, lots of the eccie girls advertise on BP anyways. Plus, who just picks up the phone and calls a girl (whether from BP, eccie, or elsewhere) without doing research on reviews, other ads, phone numbers, etc.? There are several other review sites with lots of helpful info. With research you can pretty much verify anyone regardless of where they're advertising.

It could be the simple fact that many VP's have already been reviewed many times, and there is simply nothing more to be said. However, many BP Ladies are new, or at least new to this community, and several guys will see them in a row, hence several reviews.

I really do not have a dog in this fight, as I see just one provider. But I can understand why many, (usually younger), men like the BP scene, heck, even the added risk might be a turn on.

I think the "short time-low price" thing might be a valid point as well. Many VP's scoff at the "15 minute $50 quicky", but , four of those is the same as a $200 an hour one timer. It might be crude, and a tad "unsophisticated", but the cash spends the same.

Since this is, first, a business, it is subject to the same laws that govern all such things. If things get tight, shoppers do start shopping at Wall Mart more than Macys. The big danger to Macys is that the shoppers might find the exact same item, at a cheaper cost, and figure that they were getting ripped off at Macys.

It has been said, many times, that Ladies are free to charge what ever they see fit for their "time". It is also been said, many times, that they can do this right up untill the time the phone stops ringing.
